Processing of personal data
Your personal data will be processed by us for the following purposes:
- to execute the agreement with you;
- to send newsletters, Christmas cards and invitations;
- telephone contact before departure.
For the above purposes, we may ask you for the following personal data:

- telephone numbers;
- e-mail address;
- Company name;
- Chamber of Industry and Commerce number / tax number;
- Information regarding your diet, if you indicate any dietary requirements when booking your trip.
Sharing with third parties
We may share the data you provide to us with third parties if this is necessary for the purposes described above.
We use third parties to:
- Execution of the trip you have booked with us;
- Provide (financial) administration;
We only provide personal data to other parties with whom we have concluded a processing agreement. We naturally agree the necessary measures with these parties (processors) to guarantee the protection of your personal data, and we will not share the data you provide with other parties unless this is required and permitted by law. An example of this is if the police request (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such a case, we are obliged to provide assistance and must then also share the data. Minors
We only process the personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) if we have written permission from their parents, guardians or legal representatives.
